Not every acquisition is a quick turnaround. A significant part of our portfolio is held for income, managed directly by Rocktor, and held through market cycles. This is a long-term capital strategy, not a short-term yield play.

We acquire residential and commercial assets with strong rental fundamentals - location, tenant demand, asset quality - and manage them without outsourcing to third-party agents. This keeps costs lower, tenant relationships stronger, and asset quality higher.
