We work with a select circle of private investors and family offices who co-invest alongside us on specific transactions. This is not a fund structure. There is no pooled capital, no fund manager fee, and no prospectus. Each deal is offered individually to a small number of people with whom we have a direct relationship.
Co-investors come in alongside Rocktor on deals we have already identified, underwritten and in many cases already have under offer. The work is done. The opportunity is to participate in it.

How co-investment works with us.
We will tell you about a deal we are working on. We will explain the asset, the plan, the expected return and the timeline. If it makes sense for you, we structure the participation clearly and simply. If it does not, we move on without pressure.
The relationship is built over time. Most of our co-investors have been with us across multiple transactions. That is how it tends to work when both sides are selective.
