Yes. Rocktor acquires land with and without planning permission. We have the experience and capital to manage the planning promotion process ourselves, carrying the risk and costs in exchange for a share of the value uplift.

A land promotion agreement is an arrangement where Rocktor takes responsibility for obtaining planning permission on a landowner's behalf. We cover the planning costs and receive a percentage of the enhanced value when the site is sold or developed. The landowner retains ownership throughout the process.

We consider a range of sites from smaller infill plots in urban areas to larger strategic sites with longer-term planning horizons. We assess each site individually based on its location, planning prospects and development economics.
