Rocktor acquires these assets directly, often off-market, and invests in a refurbishment programme that is proportionate to the property and the market. We do not over-specify or under-deliver. The result is a property returned to market at a standard that reflects the quality of the work and the location.

We do not run a volume model. Each acquisition is assessed individually, and our refurbishment decisions are led by the asset, the local market and the likely end buyer or tenant. We use trusted contractors with whom we have established long-term relationships.
